If you do it right, you can do a chest workout without weights. By combining the a good choice of exercises, we can target the main and upper chest and finally squeeze the last reserves out of the chest muscle with a bit of work from the triceps.

Spice Things Up Or Use It On Vacation

You can use the following combination of body weight chest exercises as a nice change from your usual workouts with dumbbells or, my preferred occasion, when you are on vacation and no equipment is available:

Circuit Training

As said in the video, you can do this either in the usual three sets per exercise manner, or as a circuit, meaning one set of each exercise and then starting over. When you are an experienced trainee I personally find doing it this way is more satisfying.

Great tips! We were traveling around England last week and my fiancee tried to book hotels with access to gyms. However, as you know, some hotel fitness rooms are lame and didn’t have any decent weight equipment. sure could have used this advice for our trip and will be sure to take these tips with me during our next long vacation! :)

Heah srinivas, if your bodytype is mostly ectomorph, then it will take you a bit longer to build muscle, but you *can* build muscle. This plan should work just nice for you:

      You can do it! :)
