I have yet to encounter a gym where I don't see someone using tiny weights and doing one repetition after another with it; 50, 100, sometimes even 200. When asked why the usual reply is, "I just want to tone my..." and you fill in the blank with whatever body part was subjected to the treatment.

You can of course only use the parts from these plans that address your "problem areas", but I'd say you get the best results if you train your entire physique.
