The person in the picture is me, your host Evilcyber. With me sporting that ridiculous a handle you shouldn’t trust me. I also have no impressive letters after my name and can’t show you a degree in exercise physiology. And my workout and exercise videos look like what they are: home videos.
What I have is being fed up with snake oil fitness and diet sellers, a background in research I used to solve my own weight problem and build muscle (read my complete story here), seven years experience with fitness and weight management and having helped hundreds of people since then. Without selling them anything. I want this site to be a resource that is not primarily guided by financial interests.
Due to me not having any degrees in this field, I wherever I can point you to the relevant research, which you can then read yourself. You get to decide if my words are valuable or not.
