Hello,
I’ve recently been looking at Sandows light weight work out and trying to get an idea of how to go about it...
I was trying to search on your site for more info on
Whether same concept of his could be used to just use body weight work outs and get similar results?
The problem I’m having is if I were to do push ups,
I’d obviously be using more then 2 to 5 pounds doing so on the ground..
Should I do wall push ups and get mind body connection going this way? And then maybe adding more reps as I go along?
Basically trying to figure if I could do what he says only using body weight in short.

Love it! "If you want that more difficult, try the Spiderman" I always do the easier version of everything as I am obese, but I do the Spiderman instead of climbers because I have to get my knee around my tummy. I can't wait to tell my trainer that they aren't called climbers when I do them any more.
