Better Dumbbells For Less Than A Dollar
Did you know that for less than a dollar you can improve your dumbbells and train with them more comfortably? Here is how.
Clank, Rattle And Roll
I don’t know about you, but the sound of loose plates on my dumbbells rattles me, pun intended. Not only does it make noise, it also damages the plates and the handles, as well as making the entire dumbbell unstable.
How about we take care of that with just a little bit of ingenuity and an equally small amount of money? For less than a dollar, you can make it all go away and the trick of course also works on barbells:
I have to admit, making a video about this is a bit preposterous, but I found it worked so well in keeping the weights in place, that these little rubber rings deserved the honor.
Tell me how it works for you!

Hahaa improvising. I did the same. Not with tools but things from my yard like I made a pullup bar from using the swing set, used buckets filled to the top with water for weight curls and shrugs, blocks for throwing back and forth and shrugs and curls, I put two chairs together and do dips, itwo metal bats for lateral raises, tree for pullups and chin ups, etc. I like the concept though, to every one out there, you don’t need a gym to transform your body. Don’t get caught up in the gym hype. And by the way this is coming from a personal trainer.
Man, excellent setup and probably cost you next to nothing! 🙂
