3 Bodybuilding Tips For Teenagers
If you are a teenager and want to start bodybuilding, the following three tips will answer the questions most often asked by teens when they think about starting to work out.
Bodybuilding Does Not Stunt Growth
You don’t have to worry about bodybuilding and working out influencing your growth. The only activity around that that could influence your growth negatively would be if you started taking steroids. Steroids increase your testosterone level and that can make your body believe it has done all its growing.
You Don’t Need Protein Powders
A major issue for many teens is that their parents don’t want them to use protein powders or that they are very expensive. But that actually isn’t a problem, because protein powders are simply substitute for the times when you don’t get enough protein from your regular diet.
You Don’t Need Workout Equipment
Of course, if you still go to school, you probably are cash-strapped and buying expensive equipment is out of the question. But you don’t need equipment either. This workout plan for teenagers gives you a full body workout and needs no equipment at all. Everything can be improvised, even a pull-up bar.

It always seems like EC is internets stalking me :D. The kids and protein powder bit is probably the biggest deterrent/conflict and it’s all FOR NO REASON >:O. The worst part is, is that the person who has decided to take the supplement is immensely cocksure and isn’t willing to accept the possibility that they could be wrong at that it isn’t necessary. We know how that ends up going 😀
Of course, I ALWAYS have an eye on you! ;P
But, seriously, you can only point people to information; what they chose to do with it is their own.
