If there is one question that comes up again and again from guys that start working out, then it’s “how can I get a six pack?” or “how do I get washboard abs?”

Very very good video Evil, as I said to a mate of mine, it’s like hearing myself talk about the physique & six pack abs. Finally someone who tells the real truth about this controversial subject!
I honestly didn’t figure that this video would get such a good reception. It seems like it eased a lot of minds.
I remember hearing people talk before about how it’s not even that healthy in some regards to reduce your body fat for the purposes of a visible six-pack. Some people will end up having that “skeletal” appearance as a consequence. This video explains a lot of important things and is quite relieving to know. And to those guys set-on sexual attractiveness, they ought to stand up off the mattress and grab some pull-up handles :p
Yep!
Thats why i like you Evil! 🙂 I had a difficult time trying to loose my belly. Now everything is much more easy thanks to you!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 😛
I’m glad to hear that, Andreas! It really pissed me off that so many guys made their own lifes hell to reach that one goal.
I think that this only applies to people who are too light for their height. As a larger guy who plans on staying around 220lbs, an 8 pack is not a bad or unhealthy idea.
i used to have some belly fat but i was still muscular and for wrestling season(this was my first year wrestling im a freshman in highschool) we had to do ALOT of cardio and healthy eating.. lost my belly fat and got a six pack in like a couple months but i noticed i didnt look as muscular 🙁 so now im saying “forget the six pack” (: just trying to get my build back but still eating healthy and doing daily cardio
Spoken like a weaner with no abs, harden up princess. It’s achievable and healthy, just get better information than given here
Andrew, I’m sure you will have no problem pointing people to links that prove me wrong.
