Yes, that very much echoes my sentiments. I would find it rather uncomfortable to go back to old overweight and unfit self.

Years ago when I first got serious about being fit I experienced a feeling that I felt was “being fit.” It felt great and I knew from that point on in my life that I wanted to feel that way for as long as I could!
