Anyhow, the only item I would suggest adding is sufficient rest.  Both bed-rest each night and rest for your muscles on off-days.

Some mention of over training here might help?  IF you don&#039;t rest yourself and your muscles, you wont&#039; get any bigger either right?]]></description>
