There’s an insane amount of videos on YouTube showing people who do lots and lots of push-ups. 50, 100 and more.
Seems the incentive to impress the rest of the world with this manly (and sometimes womanly) feat is huge.
Heck, doing lots of push-ups is no magic and doesn’t actually rely on strength!
Lots Of Push-Ups Is Not Lots Of Strength!
As I explained in the video, when you can do more than 15 push-ups, you aren’t training for size and strength, you are training for endurance.
