So you want those toned inner thighs you can crack walnuts with? I can’t promise you total perfection, but at least that you can make the area look better.
The solution is doing a special inner thigh exercise and lowering your body fat a bit:
Get The Body Fat Under Control
Once more, doing this exercise alone won’t tone your inner thighs, you usually also have to lower your body fat a bit, similarly to any other area you want to tone.
Especially don’t go believing in the spot reduction myth, because if you do, you could be exercising your inner thighs forever, and nothing would change. You would make the inner thigh muscles bigger, but the fat would still sit on top of them.
But It Doesn’t Work!
As said in the beginning, I can’t promise you that this will tone your inner thighs perfectly and anyone that does is insincere. If, for example, you rapidly lost a lot of weight, then there may be excess skin in the area and sometimes you have to take care of that through surgery.
