          When you think about it, we get worked up about the strangest things: “parallel or not”, “whey or casein”, “to failure or not”, ” full ROM or not”…

          To someone not involved in this, it must sound like we escaped a mental institution 🙂

      it was also one of my goals. Finally acheived the lsit and the pistol squat kinda.

      next up, planche, handstand, handstand pushups, and front lever!

    I won this year’s Best Beach Body doing exercise with my own weight, and squatting with a 20 l. container full of water… there is no excuse if you want to work out.
