Haha, great video. I always get my workout done though but after that when I get home, eat and sit on the computer that happens and I find myself looking the clock “Shit!” ๐

Everything in life is a matter of priority’s. Somebody i know gets up 06.00 in the morning and goes for a jog in the neiborhood before he goes to work.

Yes, that’s true. But I also have to admit that that person you know has a stronger will than me. I hardly find the way to the kitchen when I get up in the morning ๐
Choice of priority is so true.
I actually even give up times with my m8s sometimes which is hard.

Ability to organize and make priorities is such an important skill.
