Great post!

Fortunately or unfortunately, I rarely train hard enough to need meds. But I did discover after straining my back once and battling pain for months that I would have done better NOT to shun a short course of anti-inflammatories. Thought I was taking the high road, but turns out there are some times when taming swelling is actually helpful. But the chronic megadoses some athletes take just seem foolish!
