In reply to HappinessSavouredHot. That's how I see it as well. To gain fat you need to eat and the reasons why you eat too much have to be addressed. When you are paraplegic with a severed spinal cord there is nothing to be addressed.

Interesting! And I really don’t understand the “fat acceptance movement”. Being obese is not a “trait”, it’s a health problem that most people have control over!
