Not sure I agree with the answer to question 8, although I guessed it’s ambiguity correctly. thought drop was to exhaust at one weight, immediately move to a lower weight and continue downwards – reps should be increasing but the motion down to near zero is all part of the drop set and not each change in weight the end of a set. (?)
Well, reps don’t necessarily increase, but normally you will at least reach the same number.
