The 3 Steps Passport To Muscle Mass

Follow these three rules and the customs and immigrations of Muscleland grant you a full visa.

How Complicated Is Building Muscle?

When I wanted to start working out at home all those years back and did my first searches on the internet about how to go about it, I was flabbergasted.

Antagonist muscles, push-pull workout regimes, macronutrients, stabilizers …it sounded like you need four years of college to look better and become stronger.

Today I know that 80% of building muscle mass comes down to three simple ingredients. The rest is the ornamentation that only becomes useful when you have the crucial basics under control.

En Detail

Check here for the background to these three keys of building muscle:

  • The elementary home workout plan I already linked in the video
  • A simple explanation why you need the protein
  • A workout nutrition plan covering a full week

Stick To It!

I can’t stress it enough: stick to the plan, get the protein and stay with this for six months and you’ll see very good results.

After that half year you can go for more detailed workout plans (like this one here), check different exercises for different muscles and tailor it all to your individual needs (like I do with my plans).
