You can combine brushing your teeth with a single yet effective exercise for your abs. Here it is!

Ab Training While Brushing Your Teeth?

Ok, maybe it’s only for the true fanatics among us, who even dream about dumbbell curls, but you really can combine your time in front of the bathroom mirror with an ab exercise.

It’s the standing single leg raise that uses your ab muscles to stabilize your upper body:

When you try it you’ll notice that the exercise also uses many leg and hip muscles as stabilizers.

Don’t Try It With A Razor, Please!

I don’t recommend trying this when shaving, at least with a razor. Being wobbly while holding sharp objects to your neck is not a good idea.

    I do that all the time!! Now that I’m older I have to work on balance a LOT!!! That is a simple way to do it!!!
