I've been using your videos, articles and inspiration to workout about 3 months now. I'm 55 and never have lifted weighs but I've run on and off in my life, sometimes 50 miles a week. I lost a lot of muscle aging and loosing 20 pounds to a now trim 150#/5' 9. Basically I'm just starting with lighter weights, increasing more slowly than perhaps a 20 yr old would but where is a good forum for Q & A, details? That might help. I very much like your work here evilcyber. Thank you!!
