Too Old To Work Out?
“Am I too old to work out?” is a question sometimes even people as young as 35 ponder.
Let’s get this out of the way: There is no age at which you are too old to start exercising, there are just a couple of things you should keep in mind.

so true their a guy near 80yo who go to my gym to do some biking and stuff and as long as you are careful you can sort your health out well 🙂
Jesse, those old bones are still moving! 😉
Antony, exactly!
What do you mean with “take your job into consideration when making a workout/exercise program” ? What kind of considerations should I be thinking of having a heavy versus light daytime job ?
When you are a construction worker, you can’t expect a 100% workout peformance after 8 hours of lifting and moving heavy objects. Due to possibly often doing the same motions, some of your muscles also are “exercised” and more attention should go to those not receiving it.
