It’s a frequent question: should or shouldn’t you work out during your vacation? Here are four important tips that can help you make the decision.
I don’t know about your significant other, but my girlfriend is not thrilled by the idea of me following my usual 5-days-a-week workout regime even during our vacations. It simply is one of the few yearly occasions where we can really spend time together.

Therefore, in my opinion and as hinted in the video, it goes ok to have a break for vacation. As much as we enjoy working out, like a sculptor we may also benefit from taking a step back, absorbing and enjoying the results of what we achieved so far and then getting back into things refreshed.
