Too Young For Bodybuilding?
Given that my website caters to those interested in inexpensive home workouts, a fair number of visitors are teens.

For Parents
Are you a parent of a teenager who has started pestering you about weights and muscles? I have compiled an extensive overview explaining what he wants to do and what goes ok right over here.
For Those Thinking They’re Too Old
On the other hand of the spectrum I get visitors asking me if they are too old to get into bodybuilding and working out. Some are in their 40s, 50s, or 60s, but even those in their 30s worry.
If that’s you, please have a look at these people and then ask me again.
