I know, I addressed this in long articles, but the people who read my site and those watching my videos aren’t always the same.
Some prefer to hear me talk, which I suppose must be due to my, ahem, charming accent.
Therefore, here goes, all you need to know about weight loss compressed into about three minutes and thirty seconds!
Really, Any Diet Works You Get Along With
Of course you don’t have to believe me. But the study I talked about in the video isn’t the only one that looked at different diet plans and reported similar outcomes for all of them.
Already four years ago, another large one came to the same conclusion: keep the diet up and you lose weight, no matter what ratio of fat, carbs and protein you follow.
One Diet Is “Your” Diet!
I did my weight loss with counting calories (my complete story you can find here), but that may not be the premier method for you. If you can’t stick to that, go for low-fat, low-carb or whatever. The diet you are comfortable with is “your” diet.
