I’m glad it worked for you, Debra, but a quick search showed that the method simply severely restricts calories. For losing weight that works no matter if you do acupressure or not. To me it seems as unhealthy as the K-E diet.

It guarantees a loss of 5-10% of body weight in 10 days (without exercise!) yet it’s all-natural and risk-free and makes you feel energized rather than tired. It’s a combination of a very restricted but healthy diet and acupressure (which suppresses all hunger and cravings, and improves metabolism).
