 Again it is not the lack of sleep it is the fact you ate more.  Could be because you are awake longer you feel the need to eat more often or you are reaching for the coffee/caffeine drink that has more calories to stay awake.]]></description>

I eat around 8am,1pm,6pm 
I have noticed that if I stay up late to watch a film, I get hungry around about the usual 5 hour mark after the last thing I ate. If I go to bed instead of staying up,I don&#039;t get that hunger feeling.]]></description>
