					<description><![CDATA[In my personal experience, I actually suffered from a minor case of orthorexia when going through dietary changes (totally unnecessary standards a posteriori); this was in my freshman year in college. Not only do I now feel more matured in my approach to what constitutes healthy eating (in part thanks to nutritional experts/dietetics like Evil or Alan Aragon), but it&#039;s so easy to identify b.s. dietary claims and their b.s. advocates/followers. You can relate exactly to how their minds are functioning misleadingly.
