Yes, that is true. The question may therefore be if even legitimate diets have to use these claims to be noticed. After all, they wouldn&#039;t be used, if they didn&#039;t work. 

About Weight Watchers I have always been on the edge. It works, no doubt, and as far as I can tell, it is a healthy way of losing weight. However, the point system is nothing but a disguised form of calorie counting and the company behind the program at least around here sells very expensive convenience meals to go along with it.]]></description>
