Thanks for the insightful comments. Studies such as this are profoundly irresponsible. Once you translate the scientific sounding rigmarole, you realize that the study was poorly structured and its conclusions worse than meaningless. Should Asians stop eating rice so that they can catch up with us westerners on the obesity scale?
