I agree: Supplements should be put under much stricter controls.

I for a good while I used Champ Protein 90, which was tested here in Germany as free of any contaminants, but I found the taste not that great and it doesn’t mix that well. So I turned over to Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard, that tastes a lot better and according to Consumer Reports thankfully had comparatively low contamination.

All dietary supplements are under the aegis of foods so nobody can be sure what they contain. I am currently using a protein powder by solgar, which is the only all natural protein powder that I can buy in Greece which also was tested by the scientists of consumer’s report and found clean of contaminants. Can you tell us which protein powder(company) do you use?
