A lot of products are sold to be used topically with the promise that they will reach you internally… I’m not convinced at all.

The best way to energize yourself (or become tighter, firmer, you name the product promise) is to EXERCISE, SLEEP AND EAT WELL.

The most energizing shower I ever took was while camping with some German friends in Scandinavia and I didn’t have the right coins to pay for the hot water option 🙂
