How much money do you spent per month on supplements? By how much do you think do they improve your workout results? Aren’t there better ways to spend that money?

When I recently visited a good friend of mine and looked into his cupboard we got into an interesting discussion about how much of his hard-earned cash he monthly spends on buying pre- and post-workout supplements, multivitamins, protein powders, gainers, protein bars and herbal tablets:

Rethinking Strategy

As I said in the video, if you believe that supplements give you that edge during your workouts, I certainly don’t want to take that away from you. Yet it does pay if from time to time you stop and think: Did all this stuff really make a difference in my performance?  How much money, all in all, goes into it and is it really worth it?
