Hey Evil, I got a question. If you’ve done a series of blood tests, if you have too much/too little testosterone, wouldn’t the doctor tell you some point?

I would think that the results of a blood test are a matter of your medical records. You could simply call over the phone and arrange for a copy of your records to be mailed or picked up. They might charge you though.

Heah K, not all tests are done on a blood sample, to save doctors will often limit it to the data they need.

But, as Ryan said, simply give your doctor a call and ask if the test was done. If it was recently and not too long ago there is no point in doing another.

Okay one thing to note. Your body requires fat to produce testosterone. So if one has an extremely low fat nutrition addition some good healthy fats can help boost the testosterone levels back to the levels the body ‘s genetics was set to.

Will Brink suggests that the optimal fat intake for a day to keep testosterone levels up is around–but no high than–30% of your daily caloric intake. Hope that helps 😉

This was timely. I was in such a rush from travelling back from Christmas, and getting my house in order that I fogot my hormone shot. Oops. So thanks for helping me avoid the ill effects 🙂

As for testing, unless they are checking your hormone levels in the blood test, they won’t know if you are low.

Well, at a certain age they can become needed, but I don’t quite think you are in that range already 😉

Or if you are really unlucky, and have really obvious signs like I did. I’ve been on injections for a very long time, and will be the rest of my life.

How common do you think it is for teen acne to be caused by high testosterone? Ive had acne since 11 and nothing seems to help it.

Not exactly by a high, but simply by an increasing testosterone level: before puberty, your testosterone is naturally low and then suddenly increases.

This article might help you a bit:

Heah Lewis, you are not disturbing! 😀

There are some natural substances that supposedly will do that, but I wouldn’t place any bets on them. Zinc, for example, has only shown to affect t-level of men when theirs is too low, but doesn’t improve it when its normal, while licorice may improve it by a non-significant amount.

But, seriously, if yours is normal, there is no real need to worry.

Would it be bad or unsafe 2 use testosterone booster to finish puberty faster if u feel you’ve been slow in the process

The only safe way to go about that would be getting your t-level measured and find out if it’s low.

You just might be a bit slow in the puberty process and blindly taking testosterone could then lead to all kinds of side effects.

    Hi Evilcyber,
Are there any natural ways to increase testosterone that we can include in our life without increasing calories?
I heard, that nuts,Olive oil and avocados are good. Are there any such foods?

Is it true that ? Milk reduces testosterone levels ?
Also heard soy is not good. Can you produce an article on natural ways too?

And thanks a lot, this is the most awakening website in m life 🙂

      Heah farthest!

According to that study, you’d have to drink milk from pregnant cows to get the effect (thanks for the link, btw!). As most of the milk you get is not from pregnant cows, there should be little for you to worry about. Otherwise I’d expect myself wanting to wear high heeled shoes any day now 😉

Seriously, if you are worried about your t-level, have it checked. If it’s too low, there are medications to correct it. Any “natural” methods lack evidence and you would probably just waste your money.

Thanks Evilcyber. Just started to work after college and I am just feeling tired to workout at all after work. So I am not sure if its bcoz of 2.5hr journey everyday or obese or something else…

Probably both. I was basically in the same position and found that adjusting to the right balance is key. If for now you only manage to lose the weight and do a tiny bit of cardio, that’s ok and would be indefinitely better than trying to do the full workout monty all at once and failing.
