In reply to Vince. Heah Vince, your English is way better than my French! :) Yeah, I read about creatine chelate and the reasoning behind it being better protected from stomach acids. But I know of no research that shows better results from creatine chelate than from regular creatine.

Hi Evil ! 😉 Great article ! Im not a big fan of creatine, tried some but they did not make on me the effects i was expected. Anyway i thought thas was because ti was not Creapure creatine but much cheaper creatine…Do you think there is a difference between those ?
And what do you think about Creatine Chelate, ive read that its a good one maybe more efficient than the others ? Ive found this too on anastore => http://www.anastore.com/fr/articles/NN10_creatine_monohydrate.php
