Evilcyber’s Best Of 2012
Once again, a year has passed by and we have a look at the topics people loved to read on evilcyber.com and those that caused the most discussion.
Most Discussed
The article receiving the most comments was last year’s latecomer: Rani going in-depth about low carb diets. That certainly caused some intense discussion.
Tatianna then struck a nerve with the two about the ingredients of fat-free foods and depression, while Wolf makes both top ten lists with his article on Starting Strength and Stronglifts:
- Disrobing Dogma – Low Carb and Ketogenic Diets In Weight Loss
- What’s Hiding In Your Fat Free Foods
- What To Do About Depression
- Signs Of Overtraining And Tips On How To Avoid It
- Is It Healthy To Promote Big As Beautiful?
- Popular Programs – Starting Strength & Stronglifts
- The Case Against The Training Minimalist
- Are You Fitter Than The Average Guy?
- Workout Tips For A Six-Pack
- Popular Programs – Heavy Duty
Most Read
The little home workout plan for beginners made it to the top spot of the most read articles, closely followed by the one about doing pull-ups without a pull-up bar. It is also great to see that evilcyber.com is diversifying its readership, as the workout plans for women and teenagers are becoming more and popular. And, as already hinted above, another hot item despite being rather specialized was Wolf reviewing the Starting Strength and Stronglifts programs:
- Home Workout Plan For Beginners
- How To Do Pull-Ups Without A Pull-Up Bar
- Home Workout Plan For Teenagers
- How To Do Push-Ups For Beginners
- 9 Tips For Ramadan And Working Out
- Popular Programs – Starting Strength & Stronglifts
