So far we took a look at the following programs:

4-Hour Body – Tim Ferris’ book claims it’s possible to gain 34 lbs of muscle in 28 days.

7-Minute  Workout – A circuit style that supposedly gives you the same benefits as much longer training sessions.

FST-7 And Doggcrapp – The programs put together by Hany Rambod and Dante Trudel are two of the more exotic entries in the world of workout programs.

German Volume Training – The exercise schedule made popular by Charles Poliquin emphasizes tons and tons of repetitions.

Heavy Duty – The training and workout philosophy famous bodybuilder Mike Mentzer devised, controversial and in use to this day.

p90X – The immensely popular DVD program that spans from workout plans over nutritional products to exercise equipment.

Starting Strength & Stronglifts – A comparison between the two programs Mark Rippetoe and Mehdi Hadim made famous.

Zumba Fitness – The fitness concept that combines dance moves into a workout and claims to be as much fun as having a party.
